Return Process

1. Contact us at customer@luxuness.com

2. A return waybill will be provided by LuxUness.

3. Ship the product back to LuxUness. 

Once LuxUness receives the product, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 3 business days.

 

 

Plus™ Return

  • Free Return –Hassle-Free Returns, No Excuses Required
  • No Additional Costs – LuxUness covers all return-related shipping and handling expenses under Plus™.
  • Non-Refundable Fee – The Plus™ Return service fee is non-refundable, even if you do not end up using the return service.



Basic Return


Basic Return is the standard service provided by LuxUness and is free of charge.

The following conditions apply:

If the reason is LuxUness’s responsibility

For example, if the item’s condition does not match the photos, LuxUness will cover all return costs.

If the reason is the customer’s responsibility

For example, if you no longer want the item, you will be responsible for return shipping fees, 15% tax and a 10% restocking fee based on the product price.



Important Notes for All Return Types


Please ensure that the item’s condition at the time of return is the same as when you received it.

If the item has new damage or missing accessories, LuxUness reserves the right to decline the return or deduct the damage from the refund amount.


All return requests must be submitted within the designated return period.

The return period is calculated from the order creation date, and the time you contact us will be considered the official return request date.

Late return requests may be refused at the discretion of LuxUness.

 

 

Refund Policy

 

 

  • The refund will be processed within 3 business days after LuxUness receives the returned item.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please note that the actual time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider, and there may be slight delays beyond our control.

Please note: Returns for personal reasons, the Plus™ Return service fee is non-refundable.
