Free Worldwide.
It will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours after payment confirmation (excluding Japan weekends and holidays).It will take 3-5 days to reach you (depending on your location).
For orders outside Japan, we deliver via DHL Express and Fedex. For orders in Japan, we use Yamato Transport , Sagawa and Japan Post.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from LuxUness containing the logistics waybill number.
You can check the delivery status at any time.You can also check the shipping status of your order from the order page.
For U.S. customer LuxUness bears all taxe & duty.
Customers from other countries :
the items sold on the LuxUness website (including auction items) do not include consumption tax, customs duties.
If the corresponding taxes and fees are incurred, the customer will be responsible for it.

Tracking number of the order will be provided accordingly.
If it is a Japanese public holiday, this time will be delayed to the next business day for calculation.
Returns and Refund
All items that have not been shipped can be canceled unconditionally, free of charge.
We offer a 14-day return service.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.
If the return is due to personal preference, you will be responsible for a portion of the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to our error—such as a discrepancy between the product and its photos—you may return the item free of charge.
At LuxUness, we prioritize quality and thorough condition checks.
If you receive a defective product or one that does not match website image information., please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

2. Ship the product back to LuxUness.

3. Once LuxUness receives the product, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 3 - 5 business days.
If an order is cancelled due to customer's convenience, the customer will bear shipping fee for return.
If the product is confirmed defective or there is a discrepancy from the ordered product, LuxUness will pay for the shipping fee for return.
After LuxUness receives the return and confirms the claims, we will refund your payment to your account within 3 - 5 business days.
LuxUness will bear the cost of remittance.

We also support the following U.S.-based authentication organizations.: Authenticate First, Entrupy, and Real Authentication.
All items purchased from LuxUness are authenticated by LuxUness. If you have any concerns regarding the authentication results, you may seek verification from the following organizations.

If you choose to use any of these three third-party authentication organizations and the result confirms the item is authentic, the authentication fee will be at your own expense.
If the item is deemed counterfeit, please submit the final authentication report, and LuxUness will cover all associated costs.
