A Beautiful Piece at a great Price!

I bought this for my wife for our 10 year anniversary. She had been having issues finding a long wallet that she liked and had the useable features she needed, specifically a green one. It is perfect and she loves it. Thanks again

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re delighted to hear that everything was perfect and truly appreciate you choosing us for such a special occasion！

Very nice item.

I liked the item very much. The only drawback was it came in a plastic bag rather than a Gucci bag and box. Having those two items would have made the difference if it had been a Mother’s Day present.

Thank you for your trust in LuxUness.
As these are pre-owned items, they do not come with the original brand dust bags or boxes.
If you choose our free gift wrapping option, we will provide a special gift package at no extra cost.
It will elevate the presentation, making it even more suitable as a gift.
Thank you again for your valuable feedback.

Size incorrect and very misleading for the ordinary person who doesn't know the abbreviations especially when putting a picture with size 8 then it turns out in Japanese size.
Requested a return and refund which they said OK but hit with 10% restocking fee, expensive international shipping fees, and they told me I will have to pay their local tax which is another 8% fee.. Just for returning, I'd lose a huge amount of money.
Will never buy from them again..

Thanking you for trusting LuxUness and choosing to purchase items from LuxUness.

We apologize for the trouble we have caused you.

LuxUness offers free returns if there is a problem with the description of an item or if the information about an item is incorrect. Because it is our mistake.

The item title above clearly labels the Cartier as a size 48. And the photo is showing the 48 size.
Therefore, we judge that this return is your subjective conscious return, so we need to charge a fee.
This is because we pay the full domestic tax when it arrives in the United States. And these taxes are not returned to us when the item is returned.
Our margins are already low, we just want you to understand that we're trying to improve our customer experience.

Apologize for the trouble again, if you need to, please contact us and we will respond to all of your questions before you purchase. And will offer a special discount.
