When selling products, we require suppliers to send the goods to our warehouse. We will conduct a secondary authentication of the products and have our photography team take pictures of the items to ensure that the images match the actual condition of the products.If the supplier is unable to send the products to our warehouse before the transaction, we require the supplier to take photos according to LuxUness’s photography standards. After the transaction, the products must be sent to our warehouse, where LuxUness’s authenticators will conduct a secondary authentication and condition check to ensure the authenticity and condition of the products match the images.

We have not encountered any instances of our suppliers providing fake goods to LuxUness. If such a situation arises, we will impose severe penalties. If the actual condition of the products does not match the images, we will issue a warning to the supplier and promptly notify the buyer, providing accurate information about the product’s condition.
