We pay close attention to quality and condition checks, but if the product is defective or there is a discrepancy from the ordered product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.
After receiving the return and confirming the claims, we will exchange it for a non-defective product. A refund will be made if an exchange is not possible. Once LuxUness receives the return and confirms the claims, we will refund your payment to your account within 3 work days. LuxUness will bear the cost of remittance.
If a customer returns due to their convenience, a 10% restocking fee will be charged from the product price (tax included). Additionally, the customer will bear shipping fee for return.
If the product is confirmed defective or there is a discrepancy from the ordered product, LuxUness will pay for the shipping fee for return.
Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior notice or by payment.
