Returns & Refunds Policy

 

 

At LuxUness, we prioritize quality and thorough condition checks. However, if you receive a defective product or one that does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

  

 

1. Return Process:

 

1. Contact us at customer@luxuness.com within 14 days of receiving the product.
2. Ship the product back to LuxUness.

Once LuxUness receives the product, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 3 business days.
 

 

2. Product defect returns:

 

2.1 Reporting Issues: Contact us within 14 days of receiving the product if it is defective or there is a discrepancy with your order.

2.2 Return and Inspection: After receiving the return and confirming the claims, we will either exchange it for a non-defective product or, if an exchange is not possible, provide a refund.

  • The photos do not clearly show any obvious defects that would affect the value of the product.
  • There are significant errors in the product description.
  • LuxUness shipped the wrong product.

2.3 Refund Method: We will refund the cost of the product and any additional fees (if applicable) via the original payment method.

2.4 Refund Timeline: Once LuxUness receives the returned product and confirms the claims, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

2.5 Return Fees: LuxUness will cover the shipping costs for the return and any related refund fees.

 

 

3. Customer convenience returns:

 

3.1 Restocking Fee: If you return a product for reasons other than defects or discrepancies, a 10% restocking fee (including tax) will be deducted from the refund.

  • The customer does not like the product they purchased.
  • Other reasons related to the customer themselves.

3.2 Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

3.3 Refund Method: We will refund the cost of the product (Subtract 10% restocking fee) via the original payment method.

3.4 Refund Timeline: Once LuxUness receives the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

 

 

4. Important Notes:

 

Returns will not be accepted without prior notice.

Unauthorized returns or returns by payment will not be accepted.

We offer a 14-day return service upon delivery to our verified contractors.
