I love the bag it was in perfect condition as described. But I wanted to return it because I had ordered it by mistake and the customer service department was horrible and by the time they got back to me it was past the 14 day return so I couldn't return it. It came packaged with internal tissue paper to maintain the bag shape, I side of the dust bag, which was inside of a protective plastic. Shipping to the US was down via DHL and required a signature, which I appreciated for security. I would definitely recommend LuxUness as a luxury bag reseller.
