I am VERY unhappy! I contacted your customer service right away before the handbag was shipped and cancelled the order and customer service reached out to me and asked why I was canceling the order and the handbag was charged to my credit card and shipped out anyway!!! I have reached out to your customer service team to RETURN the handbag and NO ONE HAS BEEN IN TOUCH WITH ME!! I am extremely frustrated and very disappointed with your company. That is not the way to do business!!!
