DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

We ship all orders to a Japan address via Yamato Transport / Japan Post / Sagawa. You will enjoy free shipping and tax included services.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

We ship all orders to an address outside of Japan via FedEx Priority and DHL Express. We ship to over 30 countries or regions . We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories. LuxUness packages are secured directly by the shippers.

SALES TAX

LuxUness has a fiduciary responsibility and is obligated by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Japan, jurisdictions that charge sales tax.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

For U.S.

All import duties are already included in the price—no additional fees at checkout, for a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

Except the U.S.

Orders shipped outside of the Japan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and other fees levied by the destination country. All orders are delivered duties unpaid, and all import taxes, duties and customs fees, as well as compliance with the laws and regulations of the destination country, are the customer's responsibility. Payment is usually collected at time of delivery. LuxUness may provide the international shipper with the product details, including cost, as well as customer name and address or other contact details, so that the information can be provided to destination customs or postal authorities, to the extent required under the laws and regulations of the destination country.

RETURNS

All items that are returnable within Japan, per our Return & Refund Policy, are also returnable internationally.
