Celine’s Triomphe logo was created originally by its founder Céline Vipiana, whose car once broke down in Paris, right in front of the Arc de Triomphe. Vipiana was instantly inspired by the chain surrounding the storied French monument, and thus, the Celine Triomphe was born.

In recent years, creative director Hedi Slimane has revived this iconic emblem, tapping into Celine’s rich history to put one of the most integral parts of the House’s DNA at the brand’s forefront once again.
