After the payment is paid, the goods will be shipped within 24 hours.

SHIPPING AND TAXES

Stock in Japan: We will deliver directly from Japan domestic bases.
Stock in China: We will deliver directly from China domestic bases.
All products are subject to formal customs clearance. Please be assured that we will help to handle the customs clearance procedure..
We have two self-operated warehouses in China and Japan. Depending on the shipping location and receiving location, different shipping fees will be generated.

It will be shipped within 24 hours. (Excluding weekends and holidays)
It can take up to 3-7 days. We will ship within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
Due to the influence of China's covid-19 countermeasures, the items sent from China will be delayed for 3-5 days.
We will deliver by EMS, DHL, Yamato Transport, Japan Post.
The items selling on the LuxUness website (including auction items) do not include consumption tax, customs duties and shipping costs.
If the corresponding taxes and fees are incurred, the customer will be responsible for it.

Refund policy

We pay close attention to quality and condition checks, but if the product is defective or there is a discrepancy from the ordered product, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives.
After confirming at our shop, we will exchange it for a non-defective product. Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior notice or by payment.
We offer a 14-day return service to our contractors. (Within 14 days from the date of arrival)
If you cancel due to customer's convenience, a 10% restocking fee will be charged from the product price (tax included). The customer is responsible for the shipping charges for returns.
Please be sure to contact mgmt@luxuness.com for any returns.
If you cancel due to customer's convenience, customer will bear shipping fee for return.

If LuxUness made a work mistake, we will pay for the shipping fee for return.
After LuxUness receives your return, it will transfer the funds to your payment account within 3 working days.
And we will bear the cost of remittance.
