1.2 Return and Inspection: After receiving the return and confirming the claims, we will either exchange it for a non-defective product or, if an exchange is not possible, provide a refund.

1.3 Refund Method: We will refund the cost of the product and any additional fees (if applicable) via the original payment method.

1.4 Refund Timeline: Once LuxUness receives the returned product and confirms the claims, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

1.5 Return Fees: LuxUness will cover the shipping costs for the return and any related refund fees.

2. Customer Convenience Returns:

2.1 Restocking Fee: If you return a product for reasons other than defects or discrepancies, a 10% restocking fee (including tax) will be deducted from the refund.

2.2 Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

2.3 Refund Method: We will refund the cost of the product (Subtract 10% restocking fee) via the original payment method.

2.4 Refund Timeline: Once LuxUness receives the returned product, we will process your refund within 3 business days.

• Unauthorized returns or returns by payment will not be accepted.
